Holiday House in De Panne with Communal Pool

The detached holiday house for four to six people is on the edge of a child-friendly holiday park with heated communal pool in Adinkerke.



The ground floor has a living room with a cosy sitting corner, with a comfortable lounge area and fireplace (a basket of firewood is provided in the early and late season), satellite TV with many German channels, as well as a DVD/Blu-ray player, a radio with a CD player and board games for all ages. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, dishwasher (tabs included in the welcome package), coffee machine, juicer, kettle and egg boiler, Senseo coffee machine and other utensils such as crockery, cutlery, pans etc. The bathroom has a washbasin, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and a toilet. The ground floor also comprises a separate toilet and a bedroom with a double boxspring bed (160 x 200cm) and a wardrobe. Down duvets and pillows are available (double duvet or two singles). On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms each with two single beds (90 x 200cm) including down duvets and pillows. There is a wardrobe in the hallway upstairs.



There is a south-facing garden bordered by a closed-off stream, with a view of fields. The beautiful terrace is furnished with a table and chairs.



A highchair and junior bed are available. The welcome package includes a roll of toilet paper, a kitchen roll, dishwasher tabs and a washing up sponge. The bins have official bin bags from the park. In the storage room outside you can find cleaning products, a grill and a vacuum cleaner. The house was renovated in spring 2016. There is a communal heated swimming pool that is open from 15 June to 10 September under the supervision of a rescuer. You can also find a playground, a football ground, a tennis court, a table tennis table and a basketball court. It is 1.5-2km to a leisure and water park.



In the vicinity there are a supermarket, a restaurant, a bowling centre, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bus and tram stop and a train station. The beach is about 3km away, both in the direction of the French border and in the direction of the De Panne embankment. De Panne is a vibrant town with various activities all year round. Historical towns in the area are Veurne (5km), Diksmuide (25km), Ieper (30km) and Brugge (50km).

    “Positiv: de verwelkoming, de gezelligheid, de goed uitgeruste keuken, het terras en het uitzicht , een heel goed bed , 2 wc's. Een toppie plaats om te zijn ! Met dank aan Leen. Negativ: niets Restaurant: La Fermette - Eenvoudig maar toch gezellig, ruim terras. Heel vriendelijke bediening en lekkere keuken ! Ausflüge: De Franse badplaatsen net over de grens - Ondanks de regen hebben we er toch van genoten. De stranden hebben daar iets meer romantiek en rust dan in Vlaanderen waar er teveel hoogbouw is.”

    “Wir waren schon öfter in Feriernhäuser, aber hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Innenausstattung wie auch außen ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet .
    Bei der Ankunft hat uns die Vermieterin Frau Leen alles toll erklärt, sodass wir uns direkt einleben konnten.
    Die Ruhe ist unbezahlbar wir hatten auch Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten nachmittags auf den Liegen entspannen, auf der Sitzecke haben wir abends unser leckeres belgisches Bier genossen.
    Unser Hund RUDI hat sich sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt.”

    “Wir würden jederzeit wieder Urlaub in diesem Haus machen. Wir haben uns sehr erholt, leider war das Wetter sehr stürmisch. Positiv: Das an den Garten keine anderen Häuser grenzten. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz am Haus war gut. Kurze Wege mit kleinen Kindern.

    Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Negativ: Leider gab es kein deutsches Kinderprogramm. Unser Jüngster hat seine Abendsendung sehr vermisst.”

    “Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ein einfacher aber gemütlicher Garten mit Lounge Ecke und freien Blick auf Felder, auch erholsam bei schlechtem Wetter. Positiv: Das Haus war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet mit Senseo, el Saftpresse, Spühlmaschine etc und alles sehr sauber.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus am Rande eines Ferienparks. Das Haus ist top gepflegt und es fehlt an nichts. Die obere Etage wurde von uns nicht wirklich genutzt, dort befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer. Es ist ein ausgebaute Spitzboden, daher sehr hellhörig. Trotzdem mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert und eingerichtet.
    Die Vermieterin war super nett, wir mussten aufgrund Krankheit unseres Sohnes einen Tag später anreisen, das war überhaupt kein Problem.”
