Light, recently (2015) newly renovated studio apartment in a central location
This modern and tastefully furnished studio apartment is in Zuglo, the 14th district of Budapest. The inner-city district is to the east of the centre and owing to the good transport connections it is an ideal base for all those who would like to enjoy quick access to the historical sights and range of entertainment of the Hungarian capital.
The light studio apartment is on the upper floor of an enclosed, two-storey residential house that was newly built just recently in 2013. It was renovated again in 2015, providing modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The lower floor of the residential house is occupied by the owner. The upper floor comprises the holiday apartment and the office of an IT company, which is empty at weekends. The living space of 45m² comprises a living room-bedroom with plenty of daylight and an integrated, open kitchen, and a spacious daylight bathroom. The air-conditioned (heating and cooling) living room provides two generous corner sofa suites, which can be converted into a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm and a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm. There is also a flatscreen TV with cable channels and a DVD player. The open kitchen is equipped with a two-zone ceramic hob, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a fully-automated coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. A highchair is available, plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the apartment can be used free of charge.
If you arrive by car, despite the central location, you can use the secure parking spaces right in front of the house on the enclosed site.
Although the owner on the lower floor is always mindful of your privacy, he is available to assist with any queries and can also supply fresh bakery items from his own bakery. If you do not wish to spend your holiday without your pet, it is also welcome on request.
Your holiday apartment is only about 3km from Budapest’s famous Heroes Square and about 5.5km from the Hungarian State Opera. It is about 500 metres to a bus stop with regular connections into the city centre.
