Detached, traditional natural stone house, recently (2008) converted into a modern holiday villa, with a new annex, and a panoramic sea view from the private sunny terrace with an outdoor kitchen
This romantic holiday villa is in an ideal seaside holiday location within walking distance of the blue Adriatic in the picturesque little fishing village of Sudurad on the sunny Croatian island of Sipan. You can enjoy a truly relaxing holiday here on this idyllic, almost car-free island.
The two-storey natural stone house from the 17th century was completely renovated in 2008 and at the same time a new and very modern annex was added. The holiday villa is generously equipped and furnished for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning (cool/warm) in all the rooms. In the old part there are the two bedrooms, while the annex houses a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a luxurious daylight bathroom. The bedroom on the ground floor of the old stone house has two single beds (90 x 200cm), while the bedroom on the first floor has three single beds (80 x 200cm), of which two can be pushed together as a double bed if required. There is no door between these two bedrooms, so in this sleeping area there is no full intimacy, so it is most suitable for the family with children or close friends. The living room next door in the new annex provides a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a flatscreen TV with satellite channels. Sofa can be extended into a bed (160 x 200 cm) and a quality mattress topper (7 cm) is available. The built-in kitchen in a rustic country style is equipped with a three-zone electric stove with a cooker hood, a mini oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle, a coffee machine and a wooden dining table with a bench and chairs. The light bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wide wall mirror, a hairdryer, a toilet and even a washing machine. A cot and two highchairs are available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided (bed linen is changed weekly, towels twice a week) and the reliable wireless Internet connection in the villa can be used free of charge.
The new and old parts of the holiday villa are joined by a private 50m² sun terrace, with an outdoor kitchen, grill area and wooden garden furniture inviting you to enjoy leisurely meals outdoors. Make yourselves comfortable on the sun loungers after a long day on the beach and enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the bay and the blue Adriatic.
You can get to the island of Sipan from Dubrovnik by boat, or by car ferry. On arrival at the Sudurad harbour you will be met by the owner, who will take you to your villa from there. He lives nearby and is happy to assist with any queries during your stay. Your pet is also welcome on request.
