Charmingly furnished holiday apartment with a terrace and a shared garden, in a central location, for enjoying wonderful nature on extensive walks, winter sports directly from the house, and a wonderful view from your terrace of the Sauerländer Berge
The house is situated at 750 metres on the north slope of the Kahler Asten (841m), in the little village Neuastenberg near Winterberg.
The generous holiday apartment measures around 100m² and has been charmingly furnished. As the house is on a slope and has one floor towards the south, the entrance to the house is at ground level. The big living room has a seating group with a TV for relaxing and sociable evenings. The modern built-in kitchen provides all the necessary utensils, a toaster, coffee machine, kettle and ceramic hob with an oven. The adjoining dining room invites you to enjoy meals together. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two single beds, the second with a single bed and the possibility to set up a toddler bed. The light bathroom has a bath, shower, hairdryer and WC. There is also an additional separate WC.
The big balcony affords a great view into the distance. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. The shared garden with a pond is ideal for relaxing. There is a lockable room for skis with a ski boot drier. In summer you can store bicycles here.
Owing to the central location, it is only about five minutes to a grocery shop, a bakery and a restaurant. In winter you can access the ski piste (Postwiesen ski resort) directly from the garden. The downhill piste, sledging and cross country are all right nearby. In summer the Rothaarsteig and many other hiking trails will entice you out into nature.
