Ideal for 6 guests, this lovely home with amazing sea views is located in the urbanization Son Bielo, close to Sa Rapita in the south of Mallorca.

On the front terrace with unobstructed sea views you'll relax on the hammock or enjoy a large breakfast. On sunny and clear days you can even see the island of Cabrera raising on the horizon. The rearward porch with BBQ gives access to an ample terrace where you can enjoy your free time basking in the sun on one of the four sun loungers, maybe after taking a refreshing outdoor shower. Furthermore, this terrace features an exterior bath with toilet and washbasin. This lovely terraced house is located in a quiet urbanisation.

In the bright sitting-dining room you may watch a film on the satellite-TV or cook with your friends in the fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob. There are a washer, an iron and an ironing board in the bathroom.

Two comfy bedrooms with double beds as well as a bath with bath tub are located on the lower floor. A staircase leads you to the first storey, where you will find a double bedroom with access to a sea-view terrace, as well as a bath with bath tub. We can supply a cot and a high chair on request. Additionally, there are three fans two electric radiators.

This wonderful home is just perfect for guests seeking the beach and the sea, as it's just a stone's throw away from blue waters. A 10 minutes' walk takes you to the next sand beach, Cala Estalella, surrounded by dunes and nature. Along the coast, you can take long strolls, even to the dreamlike beaches of Sa Rapita, Ses Covetes y Es Trenc, characterized by white, fine sand and crystal clear waters.

In the centre of Sa Rapita you'll find everything you may need for an independent holiday. Furthermore, Sa Rapita offers many nice cafés and bars where you can finish off your day with a glass of wine or a good plate of fresh fish and seafood. By car you can easily go to the fishing village of Colonia de Sant Jordi. During the summer, excursion boats start regularly towards the island of Cabrera, a natural protected area and home of many species of lizards.
