It lies only 10 km east of Turnov which is a vibrant town with a beautiful public swimming pool and is great if you want to explore the Ceský Ráj (Bohemian Paradise) which is an old national park. The most attractive part of this paradise are the rocks of Prachov with many well-marked hiking trail. There is also a regional museum, a beautiful church.

This home is equipped with a lovely garden and balcony with stunning views. You have access to an additional room on the ground floor, which functions as a smoking room in winter. Apart from these there is a charcoal barbecue which can be enjoyed in the large terrace.

The public transport, forest, restaurants and a tennis court are all within 400 m range. For air travel, nearest airport is at 105 km distance.
