Welcome to this beautiful, modern house situated in the town of Muro with luxury finishes. It accommodates up to 8 people.

The magnificent exterior area of this property, counts with a garden with view of the mountains, sunbathing on one of the 8 sun loungers, read the press under the umbrella or cool off in the salt water pool of 11.4 x 4.50m and a depth of 1.5m. It has a large garden with lawn and two furnished terraces, where you can enjoy pleasant moments or make tasty barbecues with the mobile barbecue.

The interior of the house has 357m2 and is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find, in the same space, the fully furnished and equipped living room, kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook comfortably and the dining area, furnished with table and chairs. It has a separate laundry with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

There is also a toilet and a room with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower on this floor.

On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms, two with double bed and the other one with two single beds. All are en suite with shower and one of them also have whirlpool. We can offer a cot and a high chair. The house is equipped with air conditioning and for the coldest winter days, there is a wood stove.

The area of Muro is perfect to get anywhere on the island: beaches, mountains or cycling routes, and is inhabited by mostly local people. It is a very quiet area, and at the same time comfortable by the proximity to the town where you can find everything you might need during your vacation; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. Sunday is a market day in Muro: worth a walk and buy some local products.

Ca'n Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans are only a 20 minute drive. There you can spend a wonderful day bunbathing on the large sandy beach or enjoy a delicious cocktail, admiring the sunset. In the area there are also several restaurants where you can eat good paella, also overlooking the sea! The promenade of Ca'n Picafort has a great variety of bars and shops and is always very lively. If you go towards Alcúdia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet area with a protected dune area and crystalline waters. Also worth going to Alcudia or Pollença and enjoy the many coves there.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

    “Die Finca liegt sehr idyllisch im Hinterland des Ortes Muro und entspricht in vollem Umfang den Erwartungen, die wir hatten. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt um als Familie (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) dort gelassen die Zeit verbringen zu können. Der Ausblick vom Pool bis hin zu den Bergen ist einfach fantastisch. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber und der umliegende Garten mit Zitronenbäumen und Palmen sowie der Wiese sehr gepflegt. Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück sind ebenfalls enthalten.
    Wenn man sich für dieses Objekt entscheidet, lernt man auch den Eigentümer und seine Tochter, die sich um die Abwicklung kümmert, kennen. Beide sind sehr herzlich. So war auch für unsere Kinder ein Ausritt mit einem Esel des Vermieters möglich. Wer Entspannung sucht und längere Fahrzeiten zu Stränden nicht scheut (20 Minuten) , ist in dieser Finca wirklich sehr gut aufgehoben.”

    “Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet (Schlafzimmer mit Bädern, Wohn - und Küchenbereich) und sehr gut ausgestattet, hat 2 Terrassen für jede Tageszeit, einen Pool mit Liegebereich und einen tollen Garten..
    Es liegt abseits der Hauptstraße zwischen Feldern - sehr ruhig.”
