Es Raco - Beautiful holiday home with a covered patio, a pool and a garden
The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with single family homes on the edge of a forest in Sa Rapita in southern Mallorca. The location on the edge of the Mediterranean forest with pine trees is very relaxing.
The holiday home was renovated keeping traditional elements alive. The holiday house accommodates up to six people on two floors. On the ground floor, you will find the living/dining room furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a satellite television and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen is fully furnished with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table with chairs. The bedrooms are furnished with either a double or two single beds and built in closets. The bathroom on this floor offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. A washing machine is available, as well. Upstairs you will find a suite with a double bed offering beautiful views and an additional bedroom with a single bed which can be converted to a double bed. There is also a patio. The second bathroom also offers a shower, a sink and a toilet. Wireless internet access is available free of charge.
The covered patio is furnished with a large table and six chairs. The lawn area houses sun loungers and a barbecue. The pool is surrounded by lawn. A parking space is also available.
It is only 300 meters to the ocean. It is 1.5 km into Sa Rapita town centre where you can find numerous shops and restaurants and the beach walk. It is 3 km to the beaches of Sa Rapita and Es Trenc, where you can partake in aquatic sports. Touristic license: L12E7153/2016
