LEGRENA BEACH VILLA


The villa is situated in Legrena village, 50km from the center of Athens, and just 5km from Cape Sounio and the Temple of Poseidon.

The villa is one of the two detached villas that co-exist within a 7-acre land site, both belonging to the same family. It is surrounded by turf and plants.

The actual villa is 315 sq.m. in size, and consists of three levels.

Legrena beach villa is 58km from the center of Athens and 45km from Eleftherios Venizelos Athens international airport. Only 10 minutes by car guests can have access to the nearest small cities of Lavrio or Anavyssos where they can find shopping centers, markets, gas stations and other servicies.






The basement is where the main entrance is and can be reached by following the stone-made path from the gate entrance right to the back side of the villa. Immediately you reach the living room and you can gain access to the main balcony. To the left is the living room and the sitting area with two couches and TV. To the right there is a beautiful open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and the dining area that sits 6 people. You can also arrange to eat outside, there is a dinner table at the veranda. The garden is immediately accessible from the veranda. From the side of the sitting area there is a short hallway that gives access to one double bedroom and one bedroom with one (or two) single beds. The double bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the entrance and the tree line before the beach. The other bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the back side of the villa towards the hills. There are two toilets: one comes with a shower, the other is just WC.

Taking the spiral stairs to the ground floor you gain access to an open area with a fire place, an office desk, a double twin bedroom with a veranda and stairs that give access to the front side of the villa, a bathroom with bathtub, and the laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a tumbler dryer and all that is needed for ironing. The ground floor also has a separate entrance with a security door that gives access to the back side of the house and can be used as an auxiliary entrance.

Using the spiral staircase and right above the basement you can reach the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom; from here you will have access to a deck-styled veranda with very nice view towards the west the sea and the sunset. The bedroom comes with a double king sized bed, the bathroom with WC and a Jacuzzi bath, the dressing room, and a second bathroom with WC and shower.

The property is air-conditioned and comes with Wi-Fi.

The villa’s location is key: in a very quiet and scarcely populated area, away from traffic and the main road. You can walk to the cape of Sounio, as it is just a few miles from the main road. A 5-minute car drive can take you to stores for you shopping needs.
