This beautiful villahouse is located in San Agustin.
On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and another bedroom with 2 single beds. These rooms also have en-suite bathroom with shower each, air conditioning, satellite TV and access to the terrace. In addition there are the kitchen and living room with dining room and air conditioning on this floor.
As entertainment there is satellite TV (Spanish, English, German) in the living room and in the bedrooms, WiFi Internet, radio, DVD player, Blu-Ray player and Chromecast device.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, grill, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
The outdoor area consists of a garden entrance area with a small terrace, common to two annexed apartments and rented for long periods. However, you enjoy total independence and privacy in the garden, the terraces, the pool and throughout the house. The private area of the accommodation consists of a garden, a swimming pool, a terrace with beautiful sea views, sun umbrella and hammocks.
The upper floor is only avalable for an occupancy of 5-8 persons.
