This exclusive holiday villa is located in the picturesque hillside village of Lakithra, nestled in the hills around Svoronata on the island of Kefalonia. From here you can enjoy unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea.
It is a sunny, airy and spacious home. The three large fully furnished bedrooms with private balconies and the two bathrooms are on the upper floor, the modern kitchen, the living area, with extra guest spot, the third bathroom and storage room with laundry and iron board are downstairs.
On the ground floor there also is an extra studio with kitchen facilities and a private bathroom and direct access to inside and outside, ideal if your party is bigger than eight or some like to enjoy more independence. The playroom is complete with an extra bathroom. There also is a library. A baby cot is available upon request free of charge.
At the court yard you are greeted by the swimming pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and a table, the tree garden, the children's playground and the parking spot. The sunny veranda offers majestic views and the terrace is equipped with a BBQ.
4 free bikes are offered so you can explore the area and keep your shape. The landlord is always happy to offer you all infos you might need about Liogerma. Welcome basket with local products upon your arrival. Shopping available upon request at least 2 days before your arrival paid at check in. Events such as chef at home, sailing short cruises, massage at home e.t.c. available too with extra cost, please let us know in advance.
