Detached two-storey holiday house with a private, sunny barbecue terrace

This generously laid out and modern furnished holiday house is located on the island of Čiovo, in Arbanija (Split-Dalmatia County). It is a perfect house for those who want to enjoy peace and quietness while being close to center of the old town Trogir (10 minutes driving distance). The nearest beach is just 300 m away. The airport is 5 km away.

The house has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six persons. On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room (sofa bed for two) and a guest toilet.

The second floor consist of two bedrooms (furnished with a double bed each and the double sofa bed in the living area can accommodate two more persons), a bathroom with a walk in rain shower, a wardrobe room and a great big terrace with an amazing view of Adriatic sea: enjoy the great sea views and romantic atmosphere. Upon request, a baby bed can be provided.

The outdoor space makes this house very special: there is an outdoor dining space, a garden, a traditional stone grill BBQ.

The outdoor terrace is a perfect place to rest and there is a shower for hot and warm days. You also have a fireplace (everything that you need for a great barbecue is provided) and outdoor dining table where you will spend the most of your time and enjoy your laziness.

Don't worry about parking, there is a huge lot on the back of the house.

The owner can tell you all the best places to visit and help with any enquiries, advice and assistance to help make your holidays better and unforgettable.

Also the owner can provide great local wines, olive oil, many sorts of the famous local drink Rakija, and many more delicacies the Dalmatian area has to offer visitors.

    “Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Positiv: Ein liebevoll gestaltetes Haus mit persönlicher Note. Hervorragende Küchenausstattung. Schöne Räume und tolle Möglichkeiten, draußen zu sitzen. Nur ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Restaurant: Konoba Duga - Direkt am Strand gelegen am Ende der Insel. Tolles Essen (sowohl Fisch als auch Fleisch) mit der Aussicht auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal. Ein schöner Platz, der zum Verweilen einläd. Ausflüge: Trogir - Eine wunderschöne kleine Stadt mit malerischen Gässchen und der Möglichkeit zu stöbern und zu genießen.”
