Villa consists of 5 apartments offered as one unit to one bigger group, it can accept a maximum of 18 persons (14 in beds and 4 on sofa beds).
On the GROUND FLOOR is a large playroom with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and two toilets.
OUTDOOR: Between the first and second floors there is an exit from the hall toward a covered, spacious outdoor dining area for the whole group with a barbecue and summer kitchen, from here you are approaching the pool and sundeck area. Private 50 square meter pool, sundeck area with 10 wooden deckchairs. The whole area is with absolute privacy with sea and mountain views.
