There is a spacious lawned area with fruit trees where the children can run and play freely as well as a fish pond.
Rustic style country house. From the entrance there is direct access to the spacious open kitchen/dining area. From here a wooden stairs lead to a mezanine level with sofa and TV. Fontanet Binifarda has a twin bedroom and two double bedrooms. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom and a shower room.
At the rear of the villa there is a lovely covered terrace with a dining and sitting area overlooking the pool area and the garden. Laundry room, brick barbecue and sun terrace with sun beds around the pool. Spacious lawned garden with fruit trees and fenced patio with covered area where to park the cars.
