Flat Marbella Rio Real with a big terrace and near the beach

Modern and nicely furnished mezzanine flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a big, sunny terrace to the sunny side. The flat is close to the golf course Rio Real, one of the nicest in the entire province of Malaga. Not only best choice for golf players But also perfectly located near the beach, Marbella and some of the best hotspots in the region.


It's just a short foot walk from the wide beaches of Marbella and the famous beach restaurant Trocadero, just a 10 minute ride with the public bus to the center of Marbella (bus station only a 5 minute foot walk away) and 40 minutes away from the international airport of Malaga. By car, the biggest mall La Cañada is also only 15 minutes away. The famous harbor of Puerto Banus is less than 15 minutes away and you will find there a wide range of events of all kind as well as an exciting nightlife.

    “Die Beschreibung des Objektes wurde mehr als erfüllt. Die Liebe zu Details erzeugte sofort eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Positiv: Die Qualität und der Umfang aller in der Wohnung vorhandener Gegenstände von Gefrierschrank bis beispielsweise Kissen auf der großzügigen Terrasse. Negativ: Es gab Nichts weniger Gutes.”

    “Positiv: The apartment is very well located, and presented in a clean and welcoming manner. Fresh flowers and other nice touches make a big difference. The apartment is light, well maintained and well equipped. In particular it is very convenient for the beach (walking distance to a nice beach and a few good beach restaurants), and a short drive (10 mins) to Marbella / Banus / Elviria / Shopping Mall). The owners gave very clear and prompt instructions as and when required. Restaurant: Don Quijote - Spanish Meat Ausflüge: Puerto Banus Market - Market on Saturday”

    “El lugar es muy tranquilo, y el apartamento magníficamente equipado. responde a las expectativas. Positiv: Que hubiese algún supermercado algo más cerca. In der Objektbeschreibung steht ganz klar, dass die Entfernung zum Strand 800 Meter beträgt, also genau, wie Sie es auch in Ihrer Bewertung beschreiben. Das bedeutet, dass die Beschreibung 100% korrekt ist. Aus unserer Sicht sollte sich die Bewertung immer an der Beschreibung orientieren, damit sie fair vergleichbar bleibt.”
