This Villa is an attractive, 3 bedroom detached villa with a private pool and air conditioned/heated bedrooms at no extra cost and free Wi-Fi. Set on the outskirts of Cala D'Or, this holiday villa is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within walking distance of local amenities.VILLA LOCATION This villa is a short stroll from the small bustling resort of Cala Ferrera near Cala D'Or. The beaches of Cala Ferrera and Cala Esmeralda are also a short walk whilst our Villa Maria Celia is next door making it ideal for family and friends to holiday together.VILLA ACCOMMODATION This Cala D'Or villa is within walking distance of the resort amenities and boasts a private pool plus air conditioned/heated bedrooms at no extra cost. Entrance to this holiday villa leads directly into a small hallway. The open plan lounge/dining area has patio doors leading out onto the partially covered pool terrace with brick BBQ. ... The kitchen, with a small breakfast table, has access to the side of the villa where the washing machine is located. The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a cloakroom also located on this floor. Upstairs, a door leads out onto a terrace with views over the pool and garden. There are two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned/heated at no extra cost. Outside, one step down from the partially covered terrace, leads to the lower pool level with ample space to relax.     “Bra läge, fint hus. Bra utrustning. Hårda sängar. Bra poolområde. Vatten i poolen innehåll för lite klor. 4 av 6 fått kraftig öroninfektion.
    Snäll och trevlig värdinna. Vi kom sen och då väntade lite mat och dricka på oss - uppskattades av alla.”

    “Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr entspannten Kurzurlaub (5 Nächte) im November. Das Wetter war schon sehr wechselhaft und die Temperatur lag zwischen 14-18 Grad. Die meisten Lokale haben im November geschlossen,
    Antonia hat uns aber über die noch geöffneten Restaurants und Geschäfte informiert. Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist nicht so groß,
    dafür aber mit Terrasse,
    Dachterrasse und Pool ziemlich gut ausgestattet. Wir finden,
    dass zu einem Ferienhausurlaub auch immer ein Mietwagen gehört. Parken kann man direkt vor dem Haus im Wendekreis. Wir haben zum Teil die Zeit für Entspannung im Haus genutzt bzw. sind von dort aus zu verschiedenen Tagesausflügen gestartet. Die Häfen Cala Dor,
    Porto Petro bzw. Porto Colom und Porto Cristo sind von dort schnell zu erreichen. Dort findet man dann auch außerhalb der Saison noch ein paar Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. Positiv: Gemütliche Unterkunft mit ein paar Extras. Sehr nette und gute Betreuung durch Antonia vor Ort. Aufgrund unserer späten Anreise wurden wir mit einigen Lebensmitteln, Getränken und einer Flasche Wein begrüßt. Ferner haben wir einige hilfreiche Tipps bezüglich der Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants und der Geschäfte (außerhalb der Saison) erhalten. Danke noch einmal. Negativ: Wir haben mittlerweile schon einige Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Ferienhäusern gesammelt. Dabei ist uns aufgefallen, dass häufig einfache Dinge wie z.B. Spülmaschinentabs oder Müllbeutel fehlen. Diese muss man dann in viel zu großen Mengen noch einkaufen. Ich fände dies könnte man auch bereitstellen und damit noch ziemlich einfach den Service aufbessern.”

    “Ich freue mich, dass Ihnen der Aufenthalt in unserem Haus gefällt. Es gibt neben Sonne und Strand immer noch andere Möglichkeiten für einen Winterurlaub, das Kennenlernen der Innenräume, Ausflüge, die Verkostung der mallorquinischen Küche.
    Es ist eine Schande, dass der Tag kommt, an dem wir den Wetterwechsel hatten.

    “Agréablement surpris Appartement très agréable très bien agencé bien entretenu il y manque rien bravo aux propriétaires et vous avez un gardien super serviable . seul petit point faible le parking il faut pas avoir une voiture qui dépasse les 1,7 m de hauteur elle rentrera pas dans votre parking souterrain et pour avoir une place à l’extérieur dur dur”
