On the ground floor there is a living room with a comfortable couch a 60 "TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, the winter a fireplace for a romantic nights.
The first floor has a master king size bedroom and a private bathroom with bath as well as a second bedroom with a double bed. Both share a spectacular view even from the bed area.
Roof garden
This part of the villa offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Saronic Gulf, Aigina Island and scattered islands. A spectacular setting for the sunsets. Find a cocooning point on a day bed, a green couch or a built-in bench with pillows for memorable moments with your loved ones.
Technology
All three floors are equipped with top of the line technology. There are wi-fi routers on each floor and the internet is great so that the guests can play games or check their emails and social media. Towels and bed sheets are changed every three days. There is air conditioning on all floors, an elevator, an alarm system and security cameras.
