Absolute peace the beautiful large swimming pool infinite space stylish rooms and terraces and the wonderful location make the family and group-friendly finca MICHAELA so popular with our holiday guests An electric gate opens the driveway to this beautifully landscaped fully fenced finca. The property consists of four houses, two main houses and two apartments. In front of one of the houses is the large 12m x 5m (depth 0.60 - 1.80) child-safe swimming pool with stairs and a spacious terrace with sun loungers, parasols and shady areas surrounded by lawns of palm trees and young trees. Up to a total of 16 people can spend a wonderfully relaxing holiday here. The covered terrace in front of the pool with billowing curtains, cozy sofas and a brick barbecue with dining table is the perfect place for hours together. Main house 1: Consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower and shower, a kitchen with dishwasher and access to the cozy terrace with BBQ grill and dining table, a living room with satellite TV also with access to the terrace with plenty of seating and sofas (occupancy to to 4 persons) Apartment 1: Consisting of 2 double bedrooms 1 bedroom with beds for children and 1 bathroom with shower, an open kitchen (without hob) with dishwasher and dining table and living room area with satellite TV (occupancy up to 4 adults + 2 children) Main house 2: Consisting of 2 double bedrooms + 1 extra bed in one of the rooms and 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen with dishwasher and dining table, a living room with SAT-TV with access to the terrace with seating and sofas (occupancy up to 4 +1 persons) Apartment 2: Consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower (occupancy up to 2 persons) The houses are all only about 20 meters apart. All bedrooms have air conditioning and wifi internet is available. On the finca there are also washing machines and dryers and on request with registration we provide free of charge up to three cots and high chairs. There is also a table tennis table available. The wonderful surrounding villages such as Sineu known for its weekly market or Costitx with its observatory can be reached from the finca in about five minutes by car. There are also many good restaurants and bars and in Inca there are many well-known supermarkets such as Aldi or Lidl. Some of Mallorca's most beautiful beaches, such as the Bay of Pollensa and Alcudia, can be reached in about 10-15 minutes thanks to the fast motorway connection.

95% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the day prior to arrival
100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
