Im Parterre finden sich das Arvenstübli/Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, Küche mit direktem Zugang auf den Sitzplatz mit Pergola, Gartengrill und Liegewiese, sowie ein WC. Im ersten Stock sind drei Schlafzimmer und eine Dusche/WC. Hier befindet sich auch ein direkter Zugang zum Parkplatz. Hunde sind willkommen. 1 Hund ist im Preis inbegriffen, für weitere Hunde sind CHF 35.-- pro Tier und Aufenthalt zu bezahlen. Viele Sportmöglichkeiten lassen fast keine Wünsche offen: Wandern: 200 km markierte Wanderwege im Sesvenna- und Ortlergebiet, Nationalpark Stilfserjoch, Schweizer Nationalpark. Schöne Waalwege. Radfahren: 150 km ausgeschildertes Fahrradweg-Netz im Dreiländereck Italien-Österreich, Schweiz. Mountain-Bike: viele anspruchsvolle Biketouren. Freizeit/Erholung: Bade- und Wellnessanlage, Tennis in Mals. Freibad in Prad. Kitesurfen, Segeln, Rudern auf dem Reschensee. Minigolf, Reiten in St. Valentin. Skifahren: Schneesichere Skigebiete in nächster Umgebung. Watles, Haideralm, Schöneben, Nauders.
