The house is heated by energy-saving air / water heat pump. Large terrace with outdoor whirlpool for 5 people, from where you can look at the stars in the evening while enjoying a cool drink. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The house is located immediately next to Hjarbæk Fjord golf course. Not for rent to craftsmen and youth groups.
