The 2-bedroom apartment with 2 living room and kitchen, is on the 1st floor of a house with two apartments, originally a farm, on the outskirts of the town, in Vers-chez-les-Blanc, in the heights of Lausanne.

The environment is very quiet on countryside, and you will enjoy the garden, directly accessible from the apartment, or the balcony.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped to welcome a family on a cozy environment.
Ballad lovers will enjoy the immense Jorat woods. Very beautiful countryside walks, by bike or on foot, are accessible directly from the house.

Vers-chez-les-Blanc is located 5 minutes from the Vennes exit of the motorway A9 and 35 minutes from Geneva Airport.
Access is also possible by public transport, which arrives 200m away. of the House.
From the apartment, you can easily visit Lausanne, Geneva Vevey, Montreux, Bern, or even Lucerne, in one day. The same goes for an excursion to the Alps

You will find a good restaurant in the area, and shops within a few minutes by car.
Lausanne is a tourist city, with shops, markets, many museums, renowned theaters, concert halls, cinema and shows, sporting and cultural events.

In addition, the city is pleasant to visit, with pedestrian zones, parks, pedestrian access to the lake and the countryside.

    Es war alles vorhanden in der Wohnung, sehr netter Vermieter. Das ganze Ambiente hat uns verzaubert und wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Ausflüge: Lausanne - Die Stadt ist toll, die muss man mal gesehen haben inkl. Aussichtsturm”

    “Empfehlenswerte Wohnung Positiv: Nahe am ÖV und an der Natur. Freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Umgang seitens des Vermieters. Negativ: Wenn das Wetter nicht mitspielt, ist es schnell dunkel in der Wohnung. Restaurant: La Torre in Lausanne - Freundliche Bedienung, gutes Angebot an Speisen , in der Fussgängerzone”
