This beautiful four bed family home is situated on a quiet residential street in Fulham backing onto a lovely park. Located on a typical and idyllic Victorian Street you have all the amenities of Wandsworth Bridge Road two minutes away. Close to Parsons Green, this upmarket area is particularly popular with families. You’re also conveniently near the fashionable New Kings Road which leads all the way up to Kensington and Chelsea so you couldn’t be better located! The ground floor of the house comprises of a lovely big family sitting room. It is decorated in relaxing neutral tones and is the perfect place to relax after a long day out exploring London. With two large comfortable sofas and a top of the range flat screen TV equipped with BT TV (satellite), you can kick back and enjoy a quiet evening in after a busy day. To the rear of the house there's a bright and airy eat-in kitchen with glass doors opening out onto a patio garden that is a delightful sun trap. The kitchen is spacious and modern, with great work surface areas and all the equipment you'll need to rustle up a delicious meal. The dining table seats eight and pleasantly looks out onto the garden. The patio garden is a great space for the kids to play in or equally for the whole family to dine alfresco in the summer sun. Upstairs on the first floor you'll find a spacious double bedroom. The room is clean cut and minimalist with simple white furniture including a spacious double bed, bookshelves, with shelf space. The lovely big window, looking out over the patio garden and park, lets in lots of natural light when the curtains are open. You are should have no problem having a quiet and comfortable night sleep in here. Conveniently, next to this room you'll find the family bathroom. It has everything you need in here including a bath, overhanging shower, a WC, wash basin and mirror above. On this floor there are two lovely rooms ideal for children. They are both spacious and decorated in fresh neutral tones with gorgeous wooden floors like the rest of the house. They each have a single bed with further pull out singles underneath each bed, and plenty of space to play in, along with lots of cupboard space to hang clothes. The room to the front of the house is particularly light and airy with lots of windows. There are sturdy white shutters to create privacy and ensure a good nights sleep. The master bedroom is on the top floor. This room is really special with French doors opening up onto a private terrace which looks over the patio garden and South Park. The room like the rest of the house is light and airy. It has a super king size bed, a modern en-suite bathroom, great cupboard space to hang your clothes, a lovely wooden chest of drawers and bookcases.

No pets, no parties, no smoking! Guests with allergies please note that a dog usually lives here. The dog will not be present and the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your stay. One of the bedrooms also has a single trundle bed which pulls out from beneath the bed. This home has on-street parking available on request (subject to additional cost).
