Peaceful Holiday Home in Fanø With Whirlpool
Holiday home located in the middle of Fanø and approx. 300 m from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best beaches. The house is well furnished with all conceivable facilities, including whirlpool and sauna. The wood stove provides heat during the autumn and winter period. Washer and dryer are located in the utility room. Energy-saving heat pump is installed. The house is located on a cul de sac in a peaceful area, and has a covered south-facing terrace as well as terraces on both the southwest and east side of the house. There are swings and sandbox for the youngest children. On the large natural plot, a small stream runs through, and the children have the opportunity to catch small animals from the bridge. From the house there is plenty of opportunity all year round to experience Fanø's nature up close. Deer, rabbits and pheasants move close to the house, which is located approx. 150 meters from the large, protected nature area to the south. Here there are marked hiking trails, which lead through both dunes, forest and heath. Approx. 6 km from the house there is a forest playground. Fanø is located in the Wadden Sea, one of the world's most important wetlands for fish, birds and seals. Here you can experience the tide and the many millions of migratory birds that pass through the area every year. The villages of Nordby and Sønderho offer many cultural experiences. Take a city walk and look at the many listed and well-preserved houses. The island contains a rich history that is displayed in the cities' museums. Experience both traditional and contemporary music and dance at the local festival and cultural events. See and enjoy the local artists' paintings, glass, ceramics, amber jewelery, etc. at the small studios and craft workshops.
