Holiday home for 10 people with private pool to rent in a great central location. Just 160 meters from the sandy beach Cala D'Or and 300 meters from the center of Cala D'Or with its large pedestrian area with restaurants, pubs, boutiques and leisure areas. In the Cala D'Or area you will find other beaches such as Cala Gran, or Cala Esmeralda.
Holiday Villa Malen is a two-storey villa. On the ground floor is the main lounge and the kitchen. There is also a double bedroom with en suite shower room, a twin bedroom and separate shower room. These bedrooms both have patio doors onto the side terrace. Upstairs there is a sitting and a dining area, a terrace, a kitchen and a three bedrooms. A twin with en suite shower room, a further twin bedroom and double bedroom sharing a shower room. Both of these bedrooms also have their own small terrace area.
The outside area is compact and surrounded by high hedges and offers a roofed grill-dining area with an outside sink. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace in front of the covered terrace. Billiard table and outside shower round off the outside area.
