Holiday home on a large and beautiful natural plot in a quiet area and a short distance to the water at Yderby Lyng. A large kitchen / living room with induction hobs, dishwasher, washing machine and exit to the terrace. Large living room with access to the terrace. Via the house's internet and TV, it is possible to stream own TV services. in the bathroom there is a 60 liter hot water tank. From all 3 rooms there is access to a large terrace that is raised above the ground and with beautiful views of the grounds, where deer often live. Here you can grill, relax in one of the sun loungers and seek shade under the parasol or reading awning. The house is located approx. 350 meters from the water on a closed road. The area is a good fishing area and only 750 meters from the ice house and barbecue. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
