Our house was made thinkinkg in you and what you need for your holidays.
Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood in Arco Da Calheta, one of the sunniest spot on the island, you will find all commodities within a 3 min drive (restaurants, supermarkets, sand beach, etc.).
With a beautiful view over the ocean, the house offers spacious rooms, air conditioning, a fire place, a barbecue and a fantastic swimming pool. It can be heated at an additional cost, please inform in advance if you want this extra service.
With Wifi available and parking available in the property, this villa has 2 bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, and capacity for 4 guests in total.
The kitchen is really well equipped to make your stay easy and comfortable (big fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine) and you will find a washing machine and a tumble dryer at your disposal too.
