Brand new house in the west side of La Palma Island.

Large vineyard plot in a privileged position between the sea and the mountain.

Finca Serena is in Las Manchas. It is a large plot of over 10,000 M2 where several generations of Canary “palmeros” have cultivated wine, sugar cane, maize, among other fruits. The stable climate of the Valle de Aridane and the historic abundance of water has been with this farm for decades of La Palma harvests. It is one of the most productive agricultural territories in Spain’s history. After a decade of neglect, the last generation of the family of owners took charge of restoring its use as a farm, adding the possibility of residing on it and experiencing the La Palma farming landscape.

Here, there are three “apparently” traditional houses that allow us to live with all of the comforts on this rural farm. We have redesigned and equipped the farm with everything that can be offered a resident to experience and enjoy the La Palma countryside:

In addition, Finca Serena is in a preferential location in the valley, on the west-side of La Palma:

- Here you can enjoy the stable microclimate which characterizes the Valle de Aridane.

- The farm is between Los Llanos de Aridane, El Paso, and Fuencaliente, just one step away from the LP-2 highway.

Here you can choose to take a good rest or organize your routes and get to know La Isla Bonita better every time you come.



Villa TILO:

Your independent, fully equipped country house, with private heated pool (additional service not included in the price), and more than one bathroom per room. Great privacy and excellent views, in a natural environment.
