These two houses for 5 and 4 people with a swimming pool on the outskirts of Artà are the perfect destination for two families who want to enjoy the summer and the countryside in Mallorca together, but keeping some independence.

This finca boasts the Mallorcan rural style that you come to know in the island. The greenery together with all the beautiful corners transform this place into the best one to stay outdoors, enjoying meals alfresco at any of the terraces, cooking a barbecue or simply enjoying a glass of wine. Nevertheless, the chlorine pool is the best complement for all these plans. It sizes 8 x 4 metres and the water depth goes from 1.1 to 2.4 meters with 9 sun loungers around to bask in the sun and the peace of the place. The property is fenced.

Cas Capellà was renovated in 2016 and it offers a spacious living room with AC, satellite TV, CD player and chimney, the best place to spend relaxing moments indoors. Then you find the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop, and the independent dining room. There is a double bed room on this same floor as well as a shower bathroom. Upstairs there is a simple living room with two armchairs, a shower bathroom and 1 bedroom two single beds together.

Casa Rubí, the one-storey house, offers a spacious open plan room with the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. It features AC and a wood stove, and it's perfect to watch the satellite TV while you cook or set the table. There are three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, closet, fan and exit to the garden. One has an en-suite bathroom and there's another shower bathroom for the rest of the house.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a cot and high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The property is just 3 km away from Artà, so you will have all services for an independent stay really near but you will still enjoy the peace of the countryside. You can practice golf since there are several courses nearby like Capdepera Golf, about 9 km away. The nearest beach is Colonia de Sant Pere about 11 km away, but there are many others that you can visit like the virgin coves of the Artà Peninsula among many others.

Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
