Villa Pia is a holiday home only 200 metres from the most beautiful Istrian beach.
Brsec is located about 20 kilometres from Opatija. It is a picturesque place with small houses with colourful windows and narrow streets. It is located on a cliff, so you can enjoy the view of the Kvarner Bay and the islands. At the foot of the cliff is Klančac beach, a beautiful pebble beach hidden in the bay and surrounded by rocks.
At guests' disposal is a fully fenced garden with several parking spaces, swimming pool with back massage, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue.
The house consists of two living units.
On the top floor of the house there is an air-conditioned studio flat with a beautiful sea view. It consists of a living room with a seating set with the possibility to add a bed for two children, a double bed, a balcony, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom.
The second unit is on the first floor and consists of a living room, a balcony with sea view, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with balcony and a bathroom.
