Only 15 minutes from the city center, it is ideally located for enjoying the region, between the Camargue and the creeks you will have a wide choice of activities. With an area of 220m², 3 bedrooms including 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 large living room, a pretty patio is fitted out to relax from intense days of vacation! The 3000m² plot has a large 4 x 10m swimming pool, a pétanque area, a ping-pong table, a BBQ and many other amenities to keep you occupied during your summer vacation. The house is not suitable for small children over 5 months old and under 8 years old. Pets are not accepted. The entrance outside the house is shared with other tenants who have their own swimming pool. Housekeeping and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the trash cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry were to run out. Supplement of 100 € for entries / exits on Sunday Tourist taxes not included in the price (4.40 € x number of adults + 18 years old x number of nights)
