The Villa is 220 square meters, elegant in all its finishes, is spread over 3 floors:
Ground floor: the lounge with sofas and tables and chairs, unique artistic pieces reflect the taste of the owner, an art dealer from nearby Pietrasanta who brought his sensations to the interior of the house.
A kitchen suitable for cooking any tasty Tuscan recipe, bathroom are on the same floor.
First floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms and 1 with two single beds. The murals that give character to the room are very particular.
A large bathroom and a service bathroom are available to guests.
The fourth bedroom can be reached from the outside, to ensure the right relaxation and where we also find the other bathroom and the laundry area.
