Villa Rica 2, surrounded by century old olive trees, lemon groves, fruit orchards and mediterranian scrub, only a few kms from the sea, is the ideal spot for a relaxing and healthy Sicilian holiday away from the “hum drum” of city life.The farm is on the north- east part of Sicily, near the town of Patti, between Milazzo and Cefalù, nestling among low rolling hills, it offers a stupendous view of the valley with the Eolian Islands and the Tirrenian Sea. That is why this location is unique ; as well as been the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing stay, it is also an excellent starting point for visiting Sicily’s most beautiful sites: the Eolian Islands, Taormina, Cefalù, Mount Etna and Heritage Park of the Nebrodis, which can all be visited in daily excursions. The original owner’s early 19th. century house now divided into three comfortable apartments lies in the centre of the estate: Villa Rica 2 can host until 5 pax is on the first floor and has living- dining room with one divan bed, one double bedroom with balcony, one bedroom two single beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine, tv and fridge. The flats are comfortably furnished with care and have a spacious communal terrace paved with old “cotto siciliano” tiles with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape and from the bedroom is possible to admire the sea. Parking, swimming pool, ping-pong, barbecue are free.
