Imposing two-family villa on the side of a hill from where you can enjoy an exceptional panorama of a broad valley full of olive tree groves with views of the hills and of Montecatini in the distance. Particularly peaceful position. In front of villa is a very well kept, fenced-in lawn that is equipped with swimming pool and panoramic view. Covered terrace (30 m2) with table for outdoor dining. The portion of the villa next to the accommodation is independent and it is not currently inhabited. Location: 5 km Montecatini (all kinds of shops), 1.2 km from basic necessity shops, 2.5 km supermarket, 25 km Lucca, 45 km (30 minutes on the motorway) from the famous sandy beaches of the Versilia.

    “Bij aankomst werden wij blij verrast met de compleetheid en de schoonheid van dit prachtige huis. De vrije en besloten ligging, het geweldige panoramische uitzicht, het prachtige en ruime zwembad, de prettige (schaduwrijke) veranda met ruime eettafel en zes stoelen, daarnaast tuinstoelen en ligbedden. Ook in het huis was alles prima voor elkaar. Ruime slaapkamers met airco, drie badkamers en heel belangrijk: schoon!
    Het huis met zwembad is dusdanig prettig, dat je eigenlijk niet eens meer er op uit hoeft.”

    “Mooi huis, schitterend uitzicht over de omgeving. Het laatste stukje weg is zeer smal, maar ook rustig en daardoor goed te berijden. Een heerlijk zwembad en de airconditioning in de slaapkamers is met name bij de hoge temperaturen in de zomer bijzonder prettig.
