This ground-floor apartment is located in a quiet residential area, near Lago Maggiore and Lago d’Orta, just 45 minutes from the centre of Milan.

The living room has a 3-seater sofa and a sofa bed for two people, a large cupboard, and a dining table with chairs. In the separate kitchen there is also a small dining table for two to three people, a dishwasher, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and plenty of crockery. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser, and also has enough space for a cot if required. In the bathroom there are a shower and a washing machine. In the storage room you will find practical items such as a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board and a clothes horse.
The apartment is equipped with heating, cable TV and wireless Internet access. A set of towels for two people, comprising two small, two medium and two large towels, can be booked on request.
Outdoors there is a large south-facing veranda, furnished with a table and chairs. The house lies on a fenced plot of land with a 3000m² garden. Two sun loungers are provided, so that you can relax outside.
