Apartement with terrace and parking in 2-family house

A \"Harz\"-felt Welcome! Surrounded on two sides by the river Söse, our guests will find a large and comfortable 100 m² holiday apartment on the 1st floor in our 2-family house, \"Altes Forsthaus Sösetal\".

Our property lies in the state acknowledged Rest & Recreation village of Riefensbeek-Kamschlacken, 12 km from the centre of Osterode am Harz, on the border of Harz Mountains National Park. Cosy furnishings: a living room with SAT-TV, radio and DVD. Dining room. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchen (oven, ceramic glass hob, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/Shower & WC. The owner only accepts pets from 5 to 10 kilos.

Idyllic 1500 m² large garden property with Terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking on the grounds and storage room for bicycles.

Along with the pure Nature of Harz Mountains, the fresh air and clear water of the Söse-valley reservoir, our guests will find wander trails in front of our house: the Baudensteig, the Försterstieg,- or the well known Harzer-Hexen-Stieg, one of the top 10 hiking trails in Germany. Small village grocer 2 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 100 m, outdoor swimming 2 km, indoor swimming 12 km, Thermal bath and Sauna 12 km, railway station \"Osterode\" 12 km Summer and Winter sports are all nearby!

    “Wij waren erg tevreden over het huis. Het is er ruim en schoon. De gastvrouw was hartelijk en behulpzaam. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Bedden zijn 2m”

    “Erstmal das Positive. sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, viel Liebe zum Detail. Da unten keiner wohnt, hatte man das Haus und das Grundstück für sich alleine.

    Jetzt das Negative: das Duschen in der Badewanne ist doch sehr eng, die Einrichtung ist doch sehr altbacken, der Fluss direkt am Haus ist sehr laut und nicht genug abgesichert (Kinder würde ich nicht alleine in den Garten lassen) . Das Haus steht an einer Landstraße, die ist schon sehr laut (bei offenen Fenster). Die Betten sind für große Menschen einfach zu kurz”

    “Wir kommen sehr gern wieder Positiv: Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung und Grundstück , sehr nette Vermieter Negativ: Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden Restaurant: Café - Pension Sonneneck - Sehr leckerer Kuchen und Torte, Kleine Gerichte von der Karte und jeden Abend ein Menü (vorher anrufen, fragen was es gibt und bei Bedarf dann bestellen) Ausflüge: Sösetalsperre, Okertalsperre, Wanderungen der Harzer Wandernadel - Schöne Wanderwege für jeder Anspruch ist was dabei, in Bad Grund ist eine schöne Höhle”
