Holiday house with four apartments and a big garden

Relaxation and adventure – very close to nature. All the apartments have been classified by the DTV (German Tourism Association).

The family-friendly holiday house with three three-star apartments (2-3 people), one four-star apartment (4-5 people) and a big garden is on a slope in a quiet residential area without through traffic and just 200 metres from the forest. The situation on a slope affords a beautiful view of the Harz landscape. The house is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays.

Children can play in the big garden with a swing, sandpit and slide, while parents relax. The cabin with garden furniture, a grill and garden games (a sledge in winter) is for the use of all the guests in the house. In the laundry room in the basement, washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.

There are parking spaces on site right in front of the door. You can leave the car parked and set out on foot. It is just 200 metres to the forest, with interesting destinations (Indian trail, limestone cave etc.) all around Bad Grund.

Recreational options in the locality: fishing, hikes, Nordic walking, brine and exercise pool, minigolf, bowling, clock museum, mining museum etc.

The nearest towns are Clausthal-Zellerfeld/13km (riding, glass blowing, mining museum, farming market on Bornhardtstrasse), Osterode/13km (wild birds), Hahnenklee/18km (Grane reservoir lake, Bocksberg cable car, summer toboggan, Stabkirche), Schulenberg/22km (Oker lake boat ride), Torfhaus/35km, Goslar/35km, Braunlage/38km (Wurmberg cable car), Schierke/48km (Brockenbahn).

Apartment in Bad Grund with Barbecue and Garden and Beautiful View

This is a three-star apartment of 33m² for 2-3 people, comprising a living room with an integrated kitchen, a bedroom and a shower/WC. The antiallergenic, light, two-room apartment is in the attic, upstairs, on the sunny side of the holiday house.

The double glass door in the living room opens up a beautiful view into the distance over the hilly Harz landscape. The seating group with a round corner can be pulled out, so you can put your feet up and read a good book, watch TV, or simply snuggle up. The sofa can also be used as a bed (118 x 200cm). Under the sloped ceilings in the living room there is a little kitchen with a two-ring hob and cooker hood, a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and pans. Four people can sit at the dining table. A highchair is available free of charge. The living room can be darkened with external blinds. The living room provides direct access to the bedroom with natural wood furniture. The bed (double bed 180 x 200cm) has Latex mattresses, antiallergenic bedding, pillow and blankets. A supplementary bed is available for a third person (child). A child’s travel bed can be provided free of charge. The bedroom window can be darkened with a blind. A radio-alarm is available. The bathroom includes a hairdryer and toiletries. There is a shower bath with sliding doors.

We have put together a comprehensive collection of Harz flyers with many trip destinations, as well as games and books for adults and children. There is free wireless Internet access for informing yourselves about recreational facilities in the Harz region.

Those who need more space can book the apartment 3 opposite in addition (27m²) for a good price, with a living and sleeping room, a shower/WC and a little kitchen, for two people. A sliding door connects the two apartments into one unit measuring 62m².
