Holiday house with four apartments and a big garden

Relaxation and adventure – very close to nature. All the apartments have been classified by the DTV (German Tourism Association).

The family-friendly holiday house with three three-star apartments (2-3 people), one four-star apartment (4-5 people) and a big garden is on a slope in a quiet residential area without through traffic and just 200 metres from the forest. The situation on a slope affords a beautiful view of the Harz landscape. The house is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays.

Children can play in the big garden with a swing, sandpit and slide, while parents relax. The cabin with garden furniture, a grill and garden games (a sledge in winter) is for the use of all the guests in the house. In the laundry room in the basement, washing machine and dryer are available free of charge.

There are parking spaces on site right in front of the door. You can leave the car parked and set out on foot. It is just 200 metres to the forest, with interesting destinations (Indian trail, limestone cave etc.) all around Bad Grund.

Recreational options in the locality: fishing, hikes, Nordic walking, brine and exercise pool, minigolf, bowling, clock museum, mining museum etc.

The nearest towns are Clausthal-Zellerfeld/13km (riding, glass blowing, mining museum, farming market on Bornhardtstrasse), Osterode/13km (wild birds), Hahnenklee/18km (Grane reservoir lake, Bocksberg cable car, summer toboggan, Stabkirche), Schulenberg/22km (Oker lake boat ride), Torfhaus/35km, Goslar/35km, Braunlage/38km (Wurmberg cable car), Schierke/48km (Brockenbahn).

Holiday Apartment in Bad Grund with Private Parking and Beautiful View

This is a quiet and cosy one-room apartment (two-star) measuring 27m², for two people, in the attic with stairs leading to it. It has a combined living room and bedroom, a separate little kitchen and a shower room with a WC. There is also a garden.

There are two comfortable leather TV armchairs with adjustable sitting and lying positions, a table and a stereo cupboard. A CD-radio player, cable TV and a video player, games and books for adults and children, and a comprehensive collection of Harz flyers, hiking and trail maps are available.

The natural wooden furniture is sanded and oiled. The double bed (180 x 200cm) under the sloping ceilings of the room has Latex mattresses with antiallergenic covers. The slatted frames can be adjusted at the head and foot. Pillows and bed linen are antiallergenic and are washed regularly. There is a radio alarm on the bedside table. The living and sleeping room provides direct access to the separate little kitchen under the sloping roof, equipped with a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, a two-ring hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and egg boiler. Condiments, kitchen roll and washing up cloths are provided, along with tableware for two people, a thermos can, pans, pots and bowls. A semicircular dining table with two chairs can be folded out. The There is a shower room with a WC, hairdryer, soap dispenser and toiletries as part of the service.

The living and sleeping room and the kitchen can be darkened with external blinds. This little apartment provides holiday-makers who are out and about a lot with a convenient base with all the necessary comfort.

    “Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartment für 2.
    Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und auch die Landschaft und die Stadt Bad Grund ist wundervoll und idyllisch. Positiv: Es liegt in einem sehr schönen Ort, von dem man, wenige Meter vom Haus aus mit dem Bus in beliebige Städte reisen kann die in der Nähe liegen. Negativ: Es hätte eine Küchenwaage gefehlt sonst wunderbar. Restaurant: Steakhouse in Clausthal Zellerfeld - Es befindet sich im schönen Städtchen Clausthal und ist sehr schön hergerichtet.
    Es liegt gegenüber von einem kleinen Golfplatz der zu einer schönen und preiswerten Golfpartie vor oder nach dem Essen einlädt. Ausflüge: Der Mini-Golfplatz in Clausthal - Der kleine,ältere aber wunderschöne Golfplatz ist in der Nähe des Rathauses und eines Restraunt's (Steakhouse). Der Golfplatz wird von einer älteren, sehr lieben und herzlichen Dame geführt. Ein Besuch lohnt sich.”

    “Die Wohnung war sauber, die Raumaufteilung schafft trotz der wenigen m^2 keine Platzangst und die Lage am Weltwald ist gut. Positiv: Die Raumaufteilung Negativ: Das Haus liegt auf einem sehr steilen Berg. Restaurant: Altes Backhaus - Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen, gute Portionen, angemessene Preise. Ausflüge: HöhlenErlebnisZentrum - Iberger Tropfsteinhöhle - Leider etwas Kurze aber kompetente Führung und ein kleines, aber anschauliches Museum.”
