The resort is located in a strategic position very close to the A4 highway, which runs between Milan and Venice allowing you to organize whole day tours to the main Italian cities.

We rent spacious, well-equipped apartments with large terraces, big balcony or loggia, washing machine and some also with dishwasher, in Lake Garda's most family-friendly resort. Private parking.

The holiday complex puts you in a holiday mood immediately. It is surrounded by typical Mediterranean houses, and you can look forward to a relaxed atmosphere by the pool and to the lake landscape. The Resort has some of the largest pools you have ever seen, and as they are shaped like lakes they suit kids of all ages. If you are a sports enthusiast, then this will be a paradise for you: there are tennis courts, a football field, boccia alleys, beach volleyball, a kids’ pool and outdoor areas of all kinds.

The proximity to the A4 motorway Milan-Venice makes it easy to get to beautiful trip destinations in northern Italy, such as Milan, Verona, Venice and Padova. You will feel at home here straight away – this is what many of our guests say who come back every year. If you do not wish to travel such a long way by car, the airports at Verona, Brescia and Bergamo, with plenty of low-cost flights, are not far away.

The whole resort is distributed on 180.000 smq2 of Meditteranean vegetation with olive trees and flowers. The houses are perfectly settled within nature, pools and sports area.

All apartments are different from each other, all spacious and well equipped, with terrace, big balcony or loggia - washing machine and some categories also with dishwasher. Private parking. The Resort has two large pools set in the park and the Sporting Club, so there are rich opportunities to get your swim skills tested. There are sports facilities for everybody: tennis, football, beach volley and boccia, and for the smaller ones, there's a playground and a baby pool. So basically there is everything you need for a successful holiday.

Garda Resort is the ideal starting point for all kind of excursions. We will be pleased to help you organize some great activities during your stay. Activity parks like Gardaland, Parco Natura Viva, Caneva (water park), Jungle Adventure (activity park), Cascate di Molina (rafting), etc. are just a stone throw away from Garda Resort Village.

The Garda Lake is the biggest Italian lake. It offers amazing landscapes changing from dramatic mountains in the north to gentle hills in the south, just waiting to be explored. Bike tours in the countryside, boat trips on the lake (by private or public), drive around the Lake Garda, hike to the top of Monte Baldo.

The area around Lake Garda offers some really good wines and our office can organize wine tasting for you. Likewise, only a few kilometres away, you must taste local specialties as Mommy makes them. The area offers many restaurants, trattorias and farm restaurants.

Peschiera del Garda is only 1,5 km away, while the distance to Sirmione is 3km.

This type of apartment is located on the first or second floor and has one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds or bunk beds, bathroom with shower or bathtub. The living room has a fully equipped incorporated kitchen, a comfortable dining area with table, chairs and double sofa bed. All our apartments have TV, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and oven or microwave. This type of apartment also has dishwasher. The apartments are equipped with air-condition and heating system in all rooms. The apartment has a spacious and equipped balcony/terrace or loggia with barbecue overlooking the pool. We recommend this apartment to the bigger families who prefer the beautiful blue view of the pools but still want to enjoy privacy.

The apartment has a reserved covered parking nearby the apartment, and access to the resort is regulated by a concierge on duty 24 hours a day.

Air conditioning is included up to consumption of 120 kwh, for higher consumption it will be for a fee.

Garda Resort Village has two large swimming pools immersed in a huge park, so you can improve your swimming skills.

There are also sport fields such as tennis, padel, football, beachvolley and petang; a 50m long Olympic swimming pool and for the little ones there is a playground and a baby pool.

In the Sporting club there is a restaurant - pizzeria and bar.

Inside the resort there is also a mini market.

At the resort there is everything you need to make your holiday a family success.

Garda resort Village has the largest swimming pools you have ever seen. Among the apartments you will find two immense lake-shaped pools, with various depths which make them ideal for children of all ages. While in the Sporting Club you will have a 50m Olympic swimming pool, baby pool, tennis courts, padel, football, beachvolley, petang and a children's playground.

There is also the pizzeria restaurant which will welcome you for lunch and dinner, and the bar which offers breakfast in the morning or delicious aperitifs and drinks in the evening.

The resort is very safe, since only one road is accessible by car. Most of the internal streets are pedestrian or cycle paths.

The nearest beach is about 600 m away and can be reached on foot.

At the resort there is a mini market, pizzeria restaurant and bar.

The center of San Benedetto with restaurants and supermarkets is about 800m away.

While the center of Peschiera del Garda is 1,5 km away and Sirmione 3km.
