This 250m² luxury villa enjoys a quiet yet central location on the northern coast of the island of Rhodes, an ideal place for a relaxing holiday with friends or family close to the sandy beach and all the amenities and entertainment facilities of the island’s historical capital.Newly built, fully enclosed luxury villa with a wellness bathroom and private modern landscaped garden with a large gazebo dining terrace and barbecue area

The fully air conditioned (hot/cold) villa has only recently been newly built in 2014 and is secured by a CCTV alarm system. It is equipped to the highest standards offering all the modern comforts you might need for a memorable holiday. Spread over two floors, it features a generous living-/dining area, a separate top modern kitchen, three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, a separate bathroom and a guest toilet. Marble flooring lends an elegant atmosphere to the whole ground floor which hosts two seating areas, a large dining area, the separate kitchen and the guest toilet. The living area has a stylish wall mounted fireplace and is furnished with a comfortable cream coloured four seater sofa, a coffee table, a large digital flat screen satellite television with DVD and Blu Ray player, a stereo system and a safe where you can store your belongings. Top this all off there is a small massage machine for the back, neck and shoulders that you can use while sitting on the sofa. The dining area features a handcrafted solid wood table with six leather chairs and the second seating arrangement with an additional sofa and a wooden coffee table. The bright and airy separate fully fitted kitchen has a casual dining table with four chairs and is equipped with a dishwasher, ceran cooktop, oven, large fridge/freezer combination, microwave, espresso and cappuccino machine, juicer, electric kettle and a toaster. There's also a high chair. In the guest toilet you will find a washing machine. A wide wooden staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find the three bedrooms, one ensuite and two with direct access to their own balconies, and the separate bathroom. The ensuite master bedroom is furnished with a 190 cm x 200 cm romantic canopy bed, a digital satellite television and a baby crib. The ensuite bathroom has a very generous walk-in shower, a bowl sink wash basin with wall mirror and a toilet. The second bedroom is furnished with two 100 cm x 200 cm single beds and a large wardrobe offering plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage and the third bedroom offers a 150 cm x 200 cm double bed and a large wardrobe. The separate bathroom boasts a wellness area making it a great space to relax in. You will find a jacuzzi cabinet, oversized bathtub shower combo, a wash basin with an extra large cupboard and a toilet. Reliable WiFi internet access is offered free of charge.

Large sliding glass doors in the living area open onto the garden with urban design. Natural stone pebbles and carefully selected plants and flowers create an exclusive atmosphere. The sophisticated gazebo terrace with a wood burning stove and barbecue is furnished with a large wooden dining table and six matching chairs. Here, you can enjoy long barbecue evenings under the starlit skies. A car is recommended for exploring the island. Secure parking spaces are available on the enclosed premises. A brand new private swimming pool is available of of 33 m2 and 1,20m depth.

A free of charge welcome pack full of great treats and fresh eggs, olives and honey from the family farm is waiting for you as soon as you arrive to the property. The landlords pick the guests up from the airport and drive them to the property. This is also free of charge.

Your holiday villa is located only about 4.5 km away from the sandy Faliraki beach, offering crystal clear waters and a wide range of water sports, including scuba diving, jet skiing, water skiing and wind surfing. The city centre of the medieval city of Rhodes, which in 1988 was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its historical sites, shopping facilities, restaurants and traditional tavernas, is less than a 10 minute car drive away. You will find the nearest supermarket, a butcher shop, an ATM and a petrol station only 1km away from your villa.

    “We hebben fijne weken gehad in de prachtige grote villa met de schitterende tuin en het heerlijke zwembad. De villa is gelegen in een rustige omgeving, ideaal om te ontspannen. Hij is centraal gelegen tussen de oost en westkant van het eiland en je bent aan beide kanten snel aan het strand. Ook de oude stad Rhodos is dichtbij. Kortom een perfect gelegen en prachtig huis!”

    “Das Haus ist super schön und die Vermieter zuvorkommend und nett. Wenn man es ruhig haben möchte oder Katzen-Allergieger ist, sollte mann dies Haus meiden. Positiv: Die Vermieter sind super nett und versuchen Mißstände sofort zu beheben. Negativ: Sieben Katzen die Vorort gefüttert werden und somit zum außen Inventar gehören, ohne dies vorher zu Wissen. Sehr laut, ab 5 Uhr in der Früh krähen Hähne und bellen Hunde. Restaurant: Stefanos - Kleines Restaurant direkt am Meer in Falaraki. Authentisches Essen. Ausflüge: Lindos - Die Weiße Stadt, Schöne Gassen.”

    “Deze villa is zeker aan te bevelen. Advies: wel een huurauto nemen. Positiv: Goed beveiligde villa met ijzeren poort met afstandsbediening. Alles is zeer schoon en de eigenaren zijn zeer gastvrij en prettig in de omgang. Mooi schoon zwembad met buiten douche etc etc. Negativ: Het ontbreken van een trapleuning.”

    “Very nice place. It was quiet and very private. It was easy to reach with a car. Also it was a very house for the price you paid. Positiv: The hosts were very nice. They cleaned the pool regularly while we were there and they also recommended nice places to visit and to eat.”
