The standig individually holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2021 is modern furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location at the water.
For sole use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Porís de Abona. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.
