Villa Monspinosa is an old renovated stone house that is located on the edge of the village Dracevac, approx. 10 km from Porec and its beaches.
The house was built in 1915 and renovated in 2014. During the reconstruction a large part of the original house is kept, not only walls but some details as the front door also. On enclosed property of 120 sqm the guest have on their disposal a 17 sqm large swimming pool and garden furniture in the shadow of a century-old tree.

On the first floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with exit to the balcony, shower/toilet. On the second floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom also with exit to the balcony.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
