One of the four beautiful villas in the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. In the separate beach sauna, you can enjoy the steaming of the wood stove, with the lake view visible from the large view windows, both from the sauna and from the wonderful fireplace room. The maintenance building has a free-to-use laundry room and fitness room. Electric car charging points, 2 pcs 11kW type2 and 2 pcs 16A Super suko, are also included in the rental price.


View apartment (detached house) on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi. Amenities include e.g. Wc, shower, apartment-specific sauna (a and c house), induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, stick blender/beater, airfrier, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, dishes for four, 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, two separate beds made into a double bed, sofa bed , large windows overlooking the lake and the Ukkohalla ski center, outdoor terrace with a glass railing.

The four cabins also share a beach sauna (wooden sauna) with view windows, a sauna/fireplace room with view windows and a 4K smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. In addition, e.g. drinks fridge and XBox game console. The cottage village has its own spacious and lighted parking area and service building, with electric/hybrid car charging points 2x type2 11kW and 2 pcs 16A (continuous current) super-suko boxes.

In the maintenance building there are also exercise equipment, two washing towers with dryers, a separate toilet and a small kitchen with coffee making facilities. In the summer, there are 3 SUP boards and a rowing boat, a pier, beach chairs and benches for shared use. The cabins have their own shared sandy beach. All these services are included in the rental price.

In addition to the rental cottage, there is a large parking area, a maintenance building with fitness facilities and a laundry room, a beach sauna (reservation list for four cottages) and a sauna/fireplace room, as well as the cottage village's own sandy beach in the summer.
