This fantastic holiday home in Ukkohalla Tourist Center offers a special advantage during the winter season, as it includes one season pass to the ski slopes. Here's a brief description of the holiday home:

Located in Ukkohalla Tourist Center, right by the lake.
Built in 1991 and extensively renovated from 2010 to 2021.

Offers stunning views of the slopes and Syväjärvi (Syvä Lake).
Shared amenities by the lake include a pier, a lean-to shelter, and a bonfire spot.
The beach area and the surroundings were refurbished in the spring of 2021.

The living space covers 100 m² and includes 3 bedrooms, sleeping loft, a combined living room and kitchen, a sauna, a bathroom, a dressing room, a utility room, 2 large covered terraces, and a balcony.
Direct access to the beach from the lower floor.
The spaces are distributed across three floors:

Upper floor:

1 bedroom with a double bed and a two-seater sofa, TV, a covered balcony, and adjacent to the hallway, there are two 80 cm wide beds and another TV.
Middle floor (entrance level):

A combined living room and kitchen, a separate toilet, and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a 120 cm wide bed, and the other has a bunk bed that can be extended to 140 cm. The living room also features a 120 cm wide extendable sofa bed.
Lower floor (also accessible from outside):

A bathroom with a toilet, a sauna, a dressing room with access to the middle floor and the covered terrace outside. Additionally, there's one bedroom with two beds (80 cm and 100 cm wide), as well as a utility room equipped with a washing machine, a drying cabinet, an ironing board, and an iron.

Child safety gates are installed in the middle and upper floors, making this holiday home a secure choice for families with children. The kitchen table can be extended to accommodate 8 people, with additional chairs and stools available. A high chair is also provided. Furthermore, there is an electric car charging point in the yard, making it an environmentally friendly option for guests with electric vehicles.

Note! Dog is allowed, but cats cannot be brought to house.
