Beautiful house with separate apartments

The house is very well situated, just 2km from the town center and 3 km from the nearest (beautiful pebbled) beach.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. Apartment has it's own fireplace. Apatment has a balcony. Parking is in the fenced area of the house.

The apartment is located at ground floor and is about 65 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also 2 bedrooms next to it, which includes a each with two single beds. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and bidet.
