Wohnung:
Die helle, ruhige, 84qm große Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss des von der Familie Repp bewohnten Zweifamilienhauses. Über das Wohnzimmer mit gemütlicher Couchecke und Esstisch für 4 Personen, haben Sie Zugang zum großen Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf den Wald und Unterkirnach. In den zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, eines mit Doppelbett und ein weiteres mit zwei Einzelbetten, können bis zu 4 Personen übernachten. Die separate Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Ceran-Kochfeld und Backofen sowie Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Im Badezimmer mit Waschbecken und Dusche, befindet sich auch eine Waschmaschine.

    “The house is located just outside the little village Unterkirnach at the foot of a hill. The village is well equipped with a small supermarket and bakery. Nice place to walk around after dinner. Plenty of good restaurants in close vicinity. Larger shops are in Villingen, only 10 minutes away by car.
    In the house is a well-documented folder with all important information for a pleasant stay. The owners are always available to share additional tips. They are very hospitable and helpful. I had a flat tire and Josef took the time to bring me to a garage to have the problem fixed. As a geologist he has many interesting and funny information to share. Also the birthday of our daughter was not forgotten.
    The house is typical Schwarzwald, spacious and lots of wood in the interior. The rental part is on the top floor and has its own entry. There is plenty of stowage available for the luggage and a LCD TV with satellite reception is in the living room. The Wi-Fi has 20 MB download speed which is sufficient for all common applications. The beds belong to the best I have slept in. The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you can desire. The breakfast table with bench in the kitchen is cozy but small. We used the large dinner table in the living room.
    The bathroom is large and is equipped with a washing machine. All rooms have big windows that can be opened to help ventilating. Even though it was hot during the day, the air chilled quite quickly as the sun set, accommodating a good sleep. There is a large balcony as well as a great garden where we had dinner and a barbeque.
    Altogether we had a great stay and intend to come back again. Highly recommended.”
