The standig individually villa, built in 1998 and renovated in 2020 is modern and luxury furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Pula, district Štinjan. The villa is located on a 790 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Not suitable for youth groups under 25 years of age. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.
