The villa is decorated with much love and has its own style.On the ground floor there is a kitchen with a dining area and a cosy living room with a TV and a toilet with a shower and a washing machine.If you climb the stairs, you will reach the first floor, where there is one bedroom with a bathroom, one bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom and two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One bedroom has two single beds and the other bedroom has a double bed.On the ground floor there is an exit to the swimming pool and a terrace where everything is romantically and rustically furnished. Here you can enjoy a coffee in the morning, a glass of wine in the pool during the day and a glass of wine by the pool in the evening. Everything is carefully decorated.Furthermore, the villa has a WiFi internet connection and a parking lot, which is directly in front of the door. The cot is available for guests with a baby and pets are welcome.The Renaissance city of Svetvinčenat, one of Istria's pearls, has developed into a tourist hotspot, mainly due to the numerous events in the attractive historical corners of our city.
