The domicile is also popular because of the view over the lake from the property and the quiet location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, fire place and court.

The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. There is a charging station for electric cars in town (350 m).

air conditioner, central heating (gas, wood / coal). Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception takes place via electric wire. German, English. Italian, Dutch has hypoallergenic pillows.
