Holiday House in Nieder-Werbe with Private Parking and Fantastic View

Our certified 5-star vacation home is situated in a prime, secluded location on the Edersee (with a view of the lake) and directly on the Kellerwald Edersee National Park.

The house is luxuriously furnished and leaves nothing to be desired.
The three bedrooms are equipped with high quality beds and Foundation-Warentest test winner mattresses. The two large bright bathrooms each have large walk-in adventure showers, WC, urinal and radio. A separate reading corner with a fantastic view invites you to relax. The living area is furnished in high quality and noble. The kitchen (with Induction hob, oven/microwave combination, dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine is fully equipped with everything.

Pellets for the cosy oven, electricity, a coffee bean filling are of course included in the price.

At the solid oak dining table there is room for great meals together or game evenings. The huge balcony and the large terrace invite you to have breakfast etc. Barbecue, washing machine and a separate refrigerator for drinks are available. There is an additional lockable room e.g. for electric bikes.

    “Ein tolles Haus, in dem man sich von Anfang an sehr wohlfühlt. Ausstattung und Angebot im Ferienhaus ist perfekt.
    Schöne Ausflüge kann man direkt zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder auch dem Auto unternehmen. Hanglage ist wunderschön, da die Terrasse sehr großzügig angelegt ist. Gerne wieder! Positiv: Tolle und ruhige Lage, Ausstattung im Haus perfekt, liebevolle Einrichtungen, Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, Nähe zum Edersee, Terrasse mit Ausblick. Restaurant: Watchara`s Werber Eck - Thailändische gute Küche, alles frisch Ausflüge: Fritzllar - historische Stadt”
