Our comfortably furnished apartment house in a central yet quiet location, can be found in the village center in a peaceful side road - only a few steps from the ski bus stop, shops, restaurants and ski or sports shops. Our lovely holiday in modern Tirolean style features a small fitness area. The summery Widiversum family adventure land and the Hochoetz-Kühtai family ski areas can be easily reached in about 8 minutes by taking the Acherkogel mountain gondola.

Shared/separated balcony with furniture, ideal for relaxing sunshine hours.

    “schon zum 2.Mal haben wir uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere dieses Mal, da wir wegen des mehrtägigen, anhaltenden Schneefalles häufiger und länger in der Wohnung aufgehalten hatten. Positiv: Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen des Vermieters, Herr Schmid,
    bei massivem Schneefall immer gut und rechtzeitig vom Schnee geräumter Parkplatz direkt am Haus, gute Wlan-Verfügungung,eigene Klingel für jede Ferienwohnung, Betten hervorragend und angenehmes Bettzeug, Negativ: Mülltrennung in der Wohnung nur schwierig durchführbar Umgebung: Supermarket, restaurant, tourist office - mehrere gute Restaurants im Ort”
